1. Before you Order
When you have decided on the item(s), please order through our website. Goods that need to be made to order or customized will need to be organized through the above listed email and or contact details.
PLEASE double-check your purchase before submitting your order, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery details provided.

2. Security
Our website uses PayPal as our merchant gateway. Its industry-leading fraud prevention keeps you safe and secure.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log into Paypal checks are made that you’re using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

3. All prices are in Australian currency.

4. Shipping Rates
Within Australia we use express post over night delivery service. In order to make postage costs simple and as an incentive to shop, it will cost just $10 for postage within Australia and $20 internationally regardless of the size of the order.

5. Order complete!
Once your order is completed, you should receive an automated email from us confirming your order. We will be in touch if the item ordered is not available.

6. Goods in transition
Goods will be processed 1-3 days after your order has been received and dispatched shortly after. It takes approximately 2-3 business days after the goods are dispatched to reach most destinations within Australia. It takes 7-10 business days after the goods are dispatched to reach other parts of the world (and potentially longer to some parts of Europe). Items which have to be made to order, or customized, will take one to two weeks longer to process.
Please note that we use standard Australia Post airmail. If you require insurance or have special postage requirements, please email us!!

7. Returns and exchanges
The merchandise on our website can be returned or exchanged (returns and exchanges exclude ALL sale items and other selected merchandise). We will accept returns within 7 days for customers in Australia, and 14 days from customers in any other countries. All returns will be in the form of a Nick Brown Menswear credit note/gift voucher. The item must be unworn and the customer will pay any additional shipping charges.

8. Privacy
We are committed to your privacy and security. We will only collect personal information if you make a purchase. We will not collect any personal information about you except when you knowingly provide it. Personal information will never be released to a third party without your consent. We do use your information to help us understand our market, so we can improve our service. However, we only use aggregate information, so individuals are never identifiable. We will never sell or license this information to a third party. We also use cookies as a tool to ensure that the correct data is being sent to your computer. No personal details are contained in the cookie, and they are not used to retrieve any personal information.
